Privacy Statement coverage

This privacy statement covers the Catalyst 'Pass on your Skills' website - www.passonyourskills.com and any sub-sites. The policy does not cover any third party websites linked to via the site.

This website and subsequent sub-sites of the Sector Skills Development Agency do not capture and store personal information on users, except when submitted by the individual for subscription purposes or in order to facilitate the analysis of consultation carried out via the site.

Subscription

Subscription applies to any Catalyst newsletters or where the user has requested to receive information from Catalyst. This information will be used solely for the purpose specified at the time of collection and will not be passed or sold to any third parties i.e. any organisation which is not part of the Skills for Business network. The only exceptions to this would be where the data may be provided to our contracted Agencies for data or database analysis or updating, or provided to a third party mailing house for the purpose of mailing information from the Catalyst programme. The use of this data for direct marketing purposes will be in accordance with the subscription criteria specified by the individual at the time of registration.

The data cannot be accessed except by those specified above and the Catalyst's web development agency Navigator RA Ltd. Catalyst will solely collect data which is required for the purpose for which it is requested, or which will help to provide a more valuable service for the user.

Unsubscribing

Anyone subscribing to receive information from Catalyst can unsubscribe from receiving such information at any time either by following the unsubscribe link sent with all electronic communications, or by emailing info@passonyourskills.com
